    Satu dari dua korban yang terseret arus pantai Bagedur atas nama Puji (35) warga Kadomas Pandeglang berhasil ditemukan pemancing pada Sabtu pagi (16/11).

    MALINGPING, BANPOS – Satu dari dua korban yang hilang terseret ombak di Pantai Bagedur pada Jumat siang kemarin, (15/11).

    Korban yang bernama Puji (35) berhasil ditemukannya dalam keadaan meninggal dunia pada Sabtu (16/11) sekitar Pukul 06.00 Wib.

    Dalam siaran pers pihak Kepolisian Malingping menyebut, dari dua korban yang hilang satu orang sudah ditemukan oleh nelayan pencari ikan.

    “Pada hari Sabtu tanggal 16 November 2019 sekitar pukul 06.00 Wib, telah ditemukan mayat Laki-laki terdampar di pesisir Pantai Tenjolaya Desa Sukatani Kecamatan Wanasalam Kabupaten Lebak,” demikian tertulis di pesan realease, Sabtu (16/11).

    Disebutkan pula kronologis penemuan tersebut berawal ketika para pemancing melihat ada mayat terbawa ombak.

    “Kronologi penemuan mayat tersebut berawal saat Saksi-saksi sedang memancing ikan di sepanjang Pesisir Pantai Tenjolaya, tidak lama kemudian saksi melihat ada mayat dengan posisi terlentang terbawa arus ombak, karna di takutkan mayat tersebut terseret ombak kembali ke tengah maka saksi bersama masyarakat berinisiatif untuk membawa mayat tersebut ke pinggir pantai,” ungkapnya.

    Terkait identitas mayat tersebut ternyata adalah jasad Puji, satu dari dua korban yang dilaporkan terseret ombak pantai Bagedur kemarin.

    “Identitas korban yakini Puji (32)warga asal Kampung Pakalongan Desa Kadomas Kecamatan Pandeglang Kabupaten Pandeglang. Pada saat mayat di temukan dalam keadaan telanjang hanya menggunakan celana dalam warna hitam dengan ciri-ciri rambut pendek, tinggi sekitar 160 Cm, kulit hitam, gigi atas ompong dan di sebelah tangan kiri menggunakan gelang hitam putih,” jelasnya.

    Kanit Intelkam Polsek Malingping Renaldi menjelaskan, pihaknya bersama tim lain masih konsentrasi mensyisir sepanjang pantai hingga Wanasalam.” Sekarang kita masih sisir area pantai Karangnawing hingga ke pantai di Wanasalam,” ujarnya.

    Senada, Ketua Balawista Pantai Bagedur Mumu Mahmudi menuturkan bahwa pihaknya masih terus melakukan pencarian hingga ke pantai Binuangeun. “Baru satu korban yang ketemu, yang satu belum, mudah-mudahan segera ketemu,” ujarnya.

    Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya pada Jumat kemarin, tiga orang wisatawan asal Kabupaten Pandeglang terseret ombak, satu diantaranya selamat dan dua dikabarkan hilang. (WDO/PBN)

    SERANG, BANPOS – Dua oknum ‘calo’ dicokok oleh Polres Serang Kota dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) pada saat melakukan tindakan pungli pada Disdukcapil Kota Serang. Dua orang tersebut diringkus dengan barang bukti berupa sembilan lembar blangko e-KTP.

    Kasatreskrim Polres Serang Kota, AKP Indra Feradinata, saat dikonfirmasi oleh awak media melalui aplikasi perpesanan membenarkan kejadian tersebut. Menurutnya, Polres Serang Kota berhasil meringkus dua orang oknum calo itu beberapa hari yang lalu.

    “O iya kemarin dua orang oknum calo (diringkus), barang bukti KTP (sebanyak) 9 lembar. Sekarang masih proses (pemeriksaan),” katanya, Jumat (15/11).

    Menurutnya, saat ini pihaknya masih mencoba untuk mendalami kasus pungli tersebut. Sementara saat ditanya apakah ada keterlibatan ASN dalam tindakan itu, Indra tidak menjawab.

    “Pemeriksaan calo dan saksi nanti kami masih dalami (dalam) pemeriksaan,” jelasnya.

    Sementara itu, BANPOS mencoba untuk melakukan konfirmasi kepada Kapolres Serang Kota, AKBP Edhi Cahyono, melalui sambungan telepon, Edhi mengaku akan menanyakan kasus tersebut kepada pihak terkait dan berjanji akan menelepon kembali.

    “Dari mana yang melakukan OTT? Nanti ya saya coba tanyakan dulu,” ucapnya. Namun hingga berita ini ditulis, Edhi tidak mengangkat sambungan telepon dari BANPOS.

    Walikota Serang, Syafrudin, tidak menampik adanya OTT yang terjadi di Disdukcapil Kota Serang. Menurutnya, OTT tersebut menjadi kasus pelaku secara individu.

    “Ya itukan resiko pribadi ya, jadi kami (Pemkot Serang) serahkan sepenuhnya kepada petugas hukum yang berlaku,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi BANPOS di Puspemkot Serang.

    Saat ditanya tindakan apa yang akan diambil oleh Pemkot Serang, Syafrudin mengaku masih belum mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dari Disdukcapil Kota Serang. Ia pun masih menunggu laporan, untuk mengambil tindakan selanjutnya.

    “Saya kira saya belum menerima informasi yang positif ya dari dinas terkait (Disdukcapil Kota Serang). Jadi sementara ini saya masih mencari informasi yang sebenarnya,” tandasnya.

    Sebelumnya, Pemkot Serang juga pernah kecolongan dengan adanya penangkapan enam oknum pegawai Dishub Kota Serang oleh tim Saber Pungli Polda Banten. Keenamnya diciduk lantaran telah melakukan pungli pada uji KIR kendaraan.

    Tim Saber Pungli Polda Banten juga mengamankan barang bukti uang tunai sebesar Rp4.883.500, 42 lembar bukti pembayaran, 43 lembar berita acara pemeriksaan kendaraan, satu buah buku pendaftaran uji KIR, dua buah mesin uji KIR dalam kondisi yang rusak, 43 lembar keterangan retribusi.

    Penangkapan keenam orang itu dikarenakan mereka masih melakukan pelayanan uji KIR dengan biaya yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan. Padahal pada saat itu, mesin uji KIR yang dimiliki oleh Dishub Kota Serang dalam keadaan rusak. Sehingga, mereka tidak melakukan pemeriksaan, namun tetap menarik biaya.

    Namun, kasus tersebut pada akhirnya dihentikan oleh tim Saber Pungli Polda Banten. Tim Saber Pungli pada akhirnya menyerahkan sanksi kepada pihak Pemkot Serang, agar dapat diberikan pembinaan sesuai dengan PP 53 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil.(DZH/ENK)

    2.500 Penduduk Kota Serang Derita Stunting, Kasemen Masih Favorit Dolbon

    SERANG, BANPOS – Masih ada sebanyak 2.500 masyarakat Kota Serang yang menderita stunting. Sementara, 5.54 persen atau sekitar 14 orang diantaranya merupakan penderita gizi buruk. Selain itu, permasalahan modol dikebon (Dolbon) juga masih banyak terjadi di sejumlah kelurahan di Kota Serang.

    Demikian disampaikan oleh Kepala Dinkes Kota Serang, M. Ikbal. Ia mengatakan, jumlah penderita stunting maupun gizi buruk tersebut, termasuk sangat kecil.

    “Memang sangat kecil, tapi kami berupaya untuk menurunkannya dan meniadakan gizi buruk ataupun stunting,” ujarnya kepada awak media, seusai peringatan Hari Kesehatan Nasional (HKN) di Stadion Maulana Yusuf, Jumat (15/11).

    Menurutnya, permasalahan gizi buruk bukan hanya tanggungjawab dari pihaknya saja. Karena, pihaknya hanya melakukan penanganan sesuai dengan kewenangan. Sedangkan untuk bagian lainnya, akan berkoordinasi dengan pimpinan daerah agar melibatkan instansi terkait.

    “Misalnya daya beli masyarakat itu seperti apa, nanti kan ada OPD lain yang akan melakukan survey tersebut. Kemudian, kami juga akan memberikan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) terhadap penderita gizi buruk. Sehingga, jumlah stunting atau gizi buruk di Kota Serang menurun,” tuturnya.

    Ikbal mengatakan, Kecamatan Kasemen merupakan daerah paling banyak menderita gizi buruk. Selain itu juga, kecamatan yang memiliki kawasan wisata reliji itu, juga termasuk sebagai kawasan kumuh dan dolbon.

    “Yang paling dominan itu di Kecamatan Kasemen. Baik gizi buruknya, kekumuhannya dan masih banyak juga yang buang air besar sembarangan,” jelasnya.

    Pemkot Serang menargetkan 2023 bebas stunting dan gizi buruk. Oleh karena itu, saat ini pemkot sedang menggalakkan pembangunan mandi cuci kakus (MCK) di setiap kampung di 67 kelurahan. Melalui Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) tiap kelurahan ditekankan untuk membuat MCK minimal lima unit.

    Di tempat yang sama, Walikota Serang, Syafrudin, mengatakan pihaknya telah menargetkan pada 2023 mendatang, Kota Serang bebas stunting dan gizi buruk serta dolbon. Oleh karena itu, Pemkot Serang akan membangun MCK, yang proses pengerjaannya dimulai pada 2020.

    “Jadi kami ini sudah mencanangkan dana kelurahan sebesar 5 persen dari APBD. Nantinya, dana tersebut akan dialokasikan juga untuk pembangunan MCK di setiap kampung. Melalui Dinkes serta kelurahan, dan akan ditekankan untuk membuat MCK,” ujarnya.

    Pembuatan MCK ini, lanjutnya, untuk meminimalisir dolbon maupun BAB di sembarang tempat lainnya, seperti pinggir sungai, saluran irigasi, bahkan di pinggir rel kereta api.

    “Dari dana itu kan bisa untuk pembangunan MCK di masing-masing kampung. Dan MCK ini memang harus ada, jadi tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang BAB sembarangan. Sehingga, Kota Serang bisa bersih, sehat dan masyarakatnya terbebas dari gizi buruk serta stunting,” katanya.

    Salah satu daerah yang masyarakatnya masih BAB di kebun dan saluran irigasi ujar dia, berada di Kelurahan Bendung, Kecamatan Kasemen. Oleh karenanya, pembangunan MCK masuk dalam program prioritas Pemkot Serang.

    “Ini juga merupakan program prioritas dari pemkot melalui Dinkes untuk bisa dibuatkan MCK. Sehingga ke depan masyarakat Kota Serang bebas dari buang air besar sembarangan,” ujarnya.

    Sedangkan, untuk penanganan stunting dan gizi buruk, kata dia, Dinkes Kota Serang telah memiliki klinik khusus untuk menanganinya.

    “Jadi kami punya klinik khusus yang menangani gizi buruk dan stunting. Ini penanganannya juga akan kami optimalkan, sehingga ke depan Kota Serang bebas dari stunting dan gizi buruk,” tandasnya. (DZH/AZM)

    Tampak pencarian dua korban wisatawan tenggelam asal Pandeglang, atas nama Dadan dan Puji, warga Kadomas Pandeglang yang dikabarkan hilang terseret ombak saat berenang di pantai Bagedur, Malingping. Jumat (15/11).

    MALINGPING,BANPOS – Berniat berlibur ke pantai Bagedur di kawasan Kecamatan Malingping Lebak selatan (Baksel), tiga warga asal Kabupaten Pandeglang harus bernasib malang, mereka dikabarkan terseret ombak saat berenang di pantai yang berlokasi di Desa Sukamanah itu, Jumat (15/11), sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB.

    Dilaporkan, dari tiga orang yang terseret ombak, hanya satu orang bernama Rama Afriliando bin Ramlan (25) yang selamat, sementara dua orang lainya, yakni Dadan bin Oman (30) dan Puji bin Eko (32), hingga Jumat petang keduanya masih belum ditemukan dan sedang dilakukan pencarian.

    Dalam siaran pers yang disebar mapolsek setempat, kejadian bermula saat ketiganya asyik berenang di Pantai tersebut, namun tiba-tiba Dadan terseret arus dan minta tolong kepada temannya Rama dan Puji.

    “Dalam kejadian itu, Puji ikut tenggelam bersama Dadan dan belum ditemukan, sementara Rama selamat,” sebagaimana bunyi siaran pers, Jumat (15/11).

    Dalam siaran pers itu disebutkan, korban Dadan merupakan warga Kampung Pakalongan RT 03/02 Desa Kadomas Kecamatan/Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dua korban lainnya pun beralamat yang sama.

    Pantauan, hingga Jumat petang, Polsek Malingping, Balawista dan Lefgar serta Babinsa Koramil masih melakukan penyisiran di sepanjang pantai Bagedur hingga ke kawasan pantai Wanasalam, Cihara, Panggarangan dan Bayah.

    Kanit Intelkam Polsek Malingping, Iptu Renaldi kepada BANPOS di TKP membenarkan siaran pers yang disebarkan tersebut dan pihaknya bersama warga, tim SAR, Tagana dan Balawista masih menyisir kawasan pantai Bagedur hingga ke Pantai luar Malingping.

    “Ya benar, tadi terseret ombak pada pukul 13.30, sekarang kita masih mencari dua orang yang belum ketemu, atas nama Dadan dan Puji warga Pandeglang. Kita bersama tim lain akan terus cari ke sepanjang pantai Lebak selatan ini,” ujar Renaldi.

    Sementara Yeni Mulyani dari Tim Balawista Baksel menyebut, kalau masih belum ditemukan, kemungkinan pencarian akan berlanjut hingga malam dan besoknya. Terangnya lagi, sampai lewat magrib pun masih belum ada titik terang ditemukan.

    Kata dia, sekarang sedang musim arus barat, jadi pencarian akan dilakukan pula hingga ke pantai Binuangeun Kecamatan Wanasalam.

    “Sampai magrib ini kita masih di TKP, pencarian akan berlanjut. Dan sesuai arahan dari Balawista Provinsi sekarang lagi musim angin barat, jadi titik pencarian akan ke arah barat pantai Binuangeun. Dan kita masih upaya mencari dan belum mengeluarkan statemen kedua korban itu meninggal, mudah-mudahan ketemu selamat,” harap Yeni. (WDO/PBN)

    SERANG, BANPOS – Rencana pemangkasan anggaran alat bantu disabilitas membuat Wakil Walikota Serang, Subadri Ushuludin, marah. Bahkan, ia menyebut Dinsos mengada-ngada dalam hal tersebut.

    “Siapa yang memangkas? Dinsos? Gak ada tuh yang namanya pemangkasan anggaran bantuan, apalagi untuk penyandang disabilitas. Jangan mengada-ada lah itu Dinsos,” ujar Subadri dengan tegas saat ditemui di gedung PKPRI, Rabu (13/11).

    Menurutnya, pemangkasan anggaran bantuan disabilitas tidak mungkin dilakukan. Karena, besaran anggaran tersebut merupakan hasil pengajuan dari Dinsos sendiri.

    “Itu hal yang mustahil tim anggaran pemerintah daerah (TAPD), memotong anggaran yang tidak terlalu besar. Itumah Dinsos aja yang tidak mengajukan anggaran untuk disabilitas,” katanya.

    Untuk sistem pengajuan anggaran saat ini, lanjut Subadri, menggunakan sistem Buttom Up. Artinya, TAPD tidak akan memasukkan anggaran, kecuali diajukan oleh OPD terkait.

    “TAPD itukan sekarang sudah tidak menggunakan sistem Top Down, melainkan Buttom Up. Jadi dari OPD sendiri yang mengajukan, melakukan ekspos. Dari situlah bisa menentukan mana yang menjadi program prioritas,” tegasnya.

    “Sekarang pertanyaannya, Dinsos itu memasukkan gak program itu ke rencana kerja? Rencana strategis?,” lanjutnya.

    Untuk melakukan klarifikasi, Subadri mengaku akan memanggil Dinsos Kota Serang. Hal ini agar tidak ada kesimpangsiuran informasi di masyarakat.

    “Sekarang begini saja, nanti akan saya panggil Dinsosnya untuk mencari tahu, mereka itu masukkan tidak anggaran. Jangan ujuk-ujuk menyalahkan TAPD,” jelasnya.

    Ia juga mengaku akan menambah anggaran untuk para penyandang disabilitas. Karena RAPBD saat ini, masih dapat di dilakukan revisi.

    “Ini kan belum diketok palu untuk APBD 2020. Nanti masih bisa kami revisi agar ada penambahan untuk bantuan teman-teman penyandang disabilitas,” tandasnya.

    Sebelumnya, Dinsos Kota Serang berkilah APBD saat ini tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas. Bahkan, anggaran untuk disabilitas di tahun depan, akan dipangkas hingga setengah dari tahun ini. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kasi Disabilitas pada Dinsos Kota Serang, Eka Faksi.

    “Karena APBDnya terbatas, jadi kami berikan pada (penyandang disabilitas) yang sudah mengajukan terlebih dahulu di tahun sebelumnya,” tuturnya.

    Tahun ini, kata Eka, pihaknya telah memberikan 45 kursi roda, 2 alat bantu dengar, 15 tongkat ketiak, dan 20 tongkat tunanetra. Namun untuk tahun depan, akan terjadi pengurangan.

    “(Untuk tahun depan) jumlahnya bahkan tidak separuhnya dari tahun ini, jadi jumlahnya berkurang,” terangnya. (DZH/PBN)

    SERANG, BANPOS – Pemkot Serang masih terus melakukan pembahasan terhadap revisi RTRW yang telah dipaparkan kemarin bersama lintas sektor. Dalam pemaparan tersebut, terdapat beberapa masukan yang harus ditindaklanjuti oleh Pemkot Serang.

    “Berdasarkan pemaparan lintas sektor Revisi RTRW kemarin di Jakarta, Alhamdulillah saat ini kami tinggal melakukan penyempurnaan di internal Pemkot Serang sendiri. Mana yang harus dikurangi, mana yang harus ditambah,” ujar Wakil Walikota Serang, Subadri Ushuludin, seusai memimpin rapat koordinasi, Rabu (13/11).

    Menurutnya dalam rekomendasi yang disampaikan, Dirjen ATR menekankan untuk memperhatikan terkait Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B), agar tidak terdampak revisi RTRW. “Nah kalau dari Dirjen sendiri kemarin, ada beberapa yang harus disesuaikan. Seperti bagaimana perlindungan terhadap LP2B yang ada di Kecamatan Kasemen dan Walantaka,” kata Subadri.

    Ia mengatakan, penyesuaian terhadap keberadaan LP2B itu harus dilakukan. Karena terdapat perbedaan antara LP2B yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemprov Banten, dengan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemkot Serang.

    “Yang harus disesuaikan itu karena menurut Perda Provinsi soal LP2B, itu terlalu luas. Nah sekarang tinggal disesuaikan, yang mana aja sih yang masuk LP2B. Di Walantaka ada Teritih, di Kasemen ada Sawah Luhur dan lainnya,” ucapnya.

    Subadri pun menjawab kekhawatiran dari beberapa pihak, terkait kemungkinan terdampaknya LP2B dengan adanya kawasan Industri di Kecamatan Kasemen.

    “Tidak perlu khawatir, kan ada kunciannya yaitu Peraturan Daerah. Jadi tidak akan bisa membangun perumahan di luar dari peruntukkannya. Dan nanti pasti akan ada penegakkan hukum oleh Pemkot Serang,” tegasnya.

    Senada disampaikan oleh Kepala Bappeda Kota Serang, Nanang Saepudin. Menurutnya, revisi RTRW tidak akan berdampak pada keberadaan LP2B. “Pemkot Serang dalam revisi RTRW, tidak akan mengabaikan keberadaan LP2B yang telah ditentukan. Jadi tentu revisi tersebut tidak akan mengganggu keberadaan LP2B,” ucapnya.

    Selain itu, ia juga menjelaskan bahwa tidak semua sawah tadah hujan, akan dialihfungsikan menjadi perumahan. Karena, Pemkot Serang juga tetap menjaga ketersediaan lumbung pangan. “Tidak semua sawah tadah hujan akan dialihfungsikan menjadi perumahan. Jadi hanya beberapa lokasi sawah tadah hujan, seperti yang ada di Kelurahan Bendung dan Penancangan,” katanya.

    Menurutnya, meskipun keberadaan sawah tidak cocok di tengah kota, namun Pemkot Serang tetap berupaya untuk menjaganya.

    “Memang yang menjadi pertimbangan Dirjen ATR itu wilayah kota tidak cocok untuk pertanian. Tapi kan kita semua bisa lihat, kondisi saat ini lahan pertanian (di tengah kota) itu masih ada. Yah kita jaga tetap,” tandasnya. (DZH)
